2016 CUP FINALS
The annual Staffordshire and Shropshire Cup finals will be played off at Guy Smith's farmhouse again in July this year. Invited players taking part will be Guy Smith (Clun), Mike Bradbury (Willenhall), Sean Bradbury (Rugeley), Macca Niles (Walsall) and John Griffiths (Hednesford). The Shropshire Cup final will be between Guy Smith and Sean Bradbury (born in Newport,Salop). The result of that game plus the two Staffordshire semi finals and the final will count towards the group table for the Carl Bradbury Trophy. Mike, who plays in purple, and Sean (red&black hoops) dont normally have a colour clash problem, but John's 'Walsall Town Swifts' (red&white halves, navy) is likely to clash with Guy's comic book team 'The Dazzlers' who play in red&white quarters, blue. It will be Macca Niles' first competitive matches for well over a decade.
